Lost dog runs away Golden brown with a smiley Hopeful for a safe return

LOST LARGE BROWN DOG
Our dog jumped out of the yard and was hit by a car and kept running away. He is a lab/pit mutt golden brown with black brindle. He has gold eyes and semi floppy ears. He was not wearing a collar. He is microchipped and has a smiley face tattoo on his inner thigh. Please let us know of any sightings. He is reactive toward dogs and humans. He might seem aggressive to a stranger but he is injured and very scared.
