Vantage camping trip Black Shepard mix, saved and found Searching for home now

Found Black Dog Shepard Mix (Vantage)
My wife was camping in the Vantage area on Labor Day Weekend and found this dog. She brought him home because he probably wouldn’t have made it. Took him to vet for full check up and to see if he had a micro chip - no luck. He is recovering at our house but we already have 4 dogs.
