Small Shih Tzu type dog white with black and brown patches. Shaved for the summer so looks a little different than the pictures. missing since the first. West Ave area needs medication ASAP extremely skittish and constantly shaking and hiding due to his medical conditions . please contact me even if you have any sightings of him. Been driving around for 4 days he is extremely sick.
