Our 17 year old brown and white Jack Russel / Chihuahua mix has been missing since the morning of October 1st from the Village of Red Hook. He is deaf and almost blind and has a heart condition that causes him to frequently cough, especially when he’s picked up. He has a microchip and had tags. His name is Charlie.
