Found boy dog on 122nd and powell!! in good health, no microchip, not neutered. he’s black and brown with altered ears and white spotted paws. super friendly and well socialized. if you’ve seen him with anyone or know where he lives please let me know!! have to bring him to the multnomah county shelter today cause we don’t have space for him.
