Seen dog in NARBECK WETLAND SANCTUARY PARK! üìç7101-7163 Seaway Blvd Everett Tried to come up to it, but he growled. He was just laying there under the tree. No one else was at the park, we did see a homeless person laying on the bench at the front of the park so maybe it‚Äôs his? We didn‚Äôt see any tags on the collar.
