On Owasso Street, Collared black dog roams freely, Paws bright in the sun.

LOST BLACK DOG WITH COLLAR walking around neighborhood (Fort worth)
I saw this black colored dog with pointy-ish ears and lighter brown paws. He looked like a rottweiler mix. He had a collar on and was walking around the neighborhood. Last time I spotted him was on August 27 around 2 PM. Is this anyone's dog? He was on the corner of the street OWASSO ST and BYERS AVE then he walked away. This is in the neighborhood across the street from Dickies Arena.
