Elderly black dog Skinny frame, milky-eyed sight Love for 18 years

Black Bony Dog Lost (Biscayne park, miami)
Very old, she’s 18! Black dog lost! She looks like skin and bones, she has milky looking cataracts on her eyes, a white beard but she’s been our family pet for 18 years. Just last week she was at the vet for her check up, cuz we just can’t get her to gain weight! I realize she might look lost or mistreated but it’s just that she’s still very active, and sweet and we just don’t have the heart to put her down just for being old. So we just keep being grateful for every day she’s still with us.
