Hello neighbors, I lost my little Chiwawa dog, Lucy. She escaped yesterday evening from Malcolm Drive, Silver Spring, MD. She is 14 years old, tan, and has a short coat. Because of arthritis, she is timid and often yelps when picked up. Please let me know if you find her.
