A male Australian Shepherd/Papillon mix named Carl about 2 years old. He is mostly gray and white with a little brown and black and one blue eye. He was lost earlier today (9/7/24) near Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. He may run if you try to catch him, but he’s not aggressive. Any information is helpful, please contact me.
