Lost Dog Lucky he is a Small White Dog with curly hair. He'll be dirty from being out in the rain. Appx. 16 pounds. Eyes have cataracts so pupils will look white. Mostly deaf. Wearing leather collar. He's an old guy. Got out of yard at about 11pm last night, vicinity of 1700 block of North Keystone Avenue. Someone said they saw him headed North on Keystone. He won't run if approached. Please help - Reward
